Software Solutions Architect
In this role, you will use your creative and technical skills to design new websites and redesign existing ones, meeting the needs of the user and ensuring that they are effective.
Responsibilities will include:
- Guiding Software Creation:
- Lead the planning and building of computer programs. - Following Rules and Best Ways:
- Make sure the programs are made the right way, following the rules and best practices. - Improving Old Systems:
- Upgrade and make old computer systems better. - Teaching and Helping Others:
Teach and help the team to solve tricky problems with the computer programs. - Taking Charge of Plans and Costs:
Be in charge of the plan for the computer system, and estimate how much it will cost.
Skills required
- A minimum 5 years’ experience in a development position, working on large scale developments and solutions
- Excellent knowledge of computer operating systems and software languages
- Experience of solutions design and architecture principles
- Experience working at a team leadership or senior level
- Strong communication skills to present solutions and ideas
- Strong approach to consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking skills
- Passionate about personal development and understanding emerging technologies and their application
Industry Qualifications
- Microsoft Qualifications or equivalent
- Cloud based Qualifications desirable
- Degree in software engineering, computer science, IT or equivalent
