Welcome IFGL - Just The Job Community Partner

Just the Job has teamed up with a leading financial group on an initiative designed to empower young individuals with the tools they need to embark on fulfilling career paths.

The collaboration with International Financial Group Limited (IFGL), which has been appointed a Community Partner on the 'Just the Job' initiative, marks a significant milestone in the mission to provide the youth of the Isle of Man with essential skills and resources for success in the workforce.

The website is run by Manx charity Junior Achievement with the aim of helping young people get on the career ladder.

IFGL's sponsorship will play a crucial role in advancing the objectives of the 'Just the Job' initiative, which is dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employment opportunities for young individuals across the Isle of Man.

IFGL provides investment, savings and protection solutions to International Investors around the world. It employs in the region of 570 staff, most of whom work out of the company’s two Isle of Man offices, in Douglas and Castletown. IFGL has six principal brands: Ardan International, RL360, Friends Provident International, RL360 Services, IFGL Pensions and IFGL Global Trusts.

"We are delighted to support the 'Just the Job' project," said Nuala Trimble, HR Business Partner from IFGL. "We believe it's a great idea to help island students secure meaningful employment opportunities and a resource like this has long been needed. Supporting the island's young people is a priority for IFGL and this partnership is another way we can contribute to their success."

The 'Just the Job' project encompasses a dynamic online platform that connects young job seekers with local employers, providing access to a wide range of career opportunities, including permanent and part-time roles, graduate schemes, apprenticeships, internships, volunteering, and seasonal work.

Rhian O’Leary, representative from Junior Achievement, said:  "We extend our heartfelt gratitude to IFGL for their generous support and demonstrating a commitment to nurturing the talent and potential of the island's youth. This partnership enables us to expand the reach and impact of the 'Just the Job' project, allowing us to empower even more young people across the Isle of Man. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Island's youth. We’re looking for more support and community partners so, if your firm is interested, please get in touch.”
