This is a varied role combining customer-facing workshop delivery with behind-the-scenes production work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and delivering interactive workshops, teaching customers how to make chocolates, perfumes and candles.
- Preparing materials and ensuring workshops run smoothly.
- Producing products to build stock for our shop and wholesale customers.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in teaching, workshops, or customer service.
- A valid driving licence.
