Tree Top Tumble at Tynwald Mills is looking for a Weekend Supervisor to join our team!
This is a 14-hour contract, with Sundays essential, and we're looking for someone who is confident, reliable and enjoys working in a busy, family-focused environment.
The role will involve overseeing the day-to-day running of the soft play centre and children's parties, supporting and supervising the team, assisting with staff training and ensuring our high standards of customer service, safety and cleanliness are maintained.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is over 18
- Has previous supervisory/team-leading experience, or experience working with children
- Is confident dealing with children, parents and colleagues
- Is organised, friendly and able to take responsibility
- Can work Sundays as part of their regular hours
- Experience working with children is desirable, but supervisory experience in any workplace will also be considered.
