Waiting Staff/Floor Staff

Frank Matchams, Barbary Coast, Barbary West Coast & Jaks. 

Must be available evenings, we do not employ people to only work daytimes
Must be available at weekends
All staff whether full or part time NEVER work fri, sat, sun night in the same week
Staff discount 25%
Excellent rates of pay, with a pay structure that increases every three months for the first 2 years from start rate
Full training is given to all floor and bar staff
Bar positions 18+ only
Cocktail bar staff positions must have previous bartending experience
Unqualified chefs will be enrolled at the college to gain their chef qualifications
Uniform provided for all positions

Must be friendly, and have a good sense of humour.
Physically fit as our venues are very busy
Being able to work under own initiative if imperative
