Join a Growing Vehicle Repair Business - Our bodyshop is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated trainees who want to build a long-term career in vehicle repair and refinishing. Whether you’d like to specialise in a particular discipline or become a versatile all-rounder, we’ll provide full in-house training and support to help you progress.
We have opportunities across three main areas:
1. Trainee Panel Beater
Key Duties:
- Repairing and replacing damaged body panels
- Straightening and reshaping metal
- Preparing surfaces ready for paint
- Using specialist tools such as dollies, hammers, welders, and jigs
- Working to repair specifications and job cards
Skills You’ll Develop:
- Metalworking techniques
- Structural body repair
- Use of repair equipment and workshop machinery
- Understanding of vehicle construction
2. Trainee Paint Sprayer
Key Duties:
- Preparing panels and vehicles for paint
- Sanding, masking, priming, and filler work
- Mixing and matching colours
- Applying base coats, clear coats, and specialist finishes
- Operating spray guns and paint booth equipment
Skills You’ll Develop:
- Precision paint application
- Colour matching and blending
- Spray gun setup and maintenance
- Preparation and finishing techniques
3. Trainee Mechanical & Electrical (M.E.T) Trim Technician
Key Duties:
- Removing and refitting mechanical and electrical components
- Working with interiors, trims, dashboards, sensors, and wiring
- Stripping down vehicles before repair and reassembling them afterwards
- Safely handling airbags and electrical systems
- Identifying damaged or worn components
Skills You’ll Develop:
- Mechanical and electrical fundamentals
- Vehicle electronics and diagnostics (at trainee level)
- Interior removal and refitting
- Safe handling of modern safety systems
Or Train as an All-Round Bodyshop Technician - For those who enjoy variety, there is the opportunity to train across multiple disciplines and become a flexible team member who can support wherever needed.

- Enjoys hands-on, physical work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
