Telesales Representative - P/T

Description:  We are on the lookout for a flexible and hard-working telesales representative to join our growing team. You will be in Robinson’s center stage, receiving calls and building relationships with new and existing customers. Driving sales and effectively dealing with customer queries will be an important part of this role. You will be responsible for processing orders and providing support to our valued customers. You will also feed back to our sales managers and operations teams to ensure our customers are receiving an efficient and enjoyable service.  

Hours of Work:  Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 5:00pm.  Overtime available  

Requirements:

The successful applicant will have strong communication skills and experience in:
- Making outbound calls to both new and existing customers to promote products and services
- Building rapport quickly and maintaining a positive customer relationship
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Working collaboratively with wider sales and customer service teams
