We are now seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Worker to join our growing team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with their mental health and emotional needs.
- Assist with daily living skills, hygiene routines, and medication management.
- Promote quality of life through activities and community engagement.
- Provide assistance with education, employment, and financial management.
- Deliver tailored support for both long- and short-term placements.
