Manx Rock is Hiring – Site Operative Wanted  

Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to make a real impact on-site? Manx Rock is looking for skilled Site Operatives to join our growing team. If you’ve got experience in groundworks and enjoy working in a fast-paced construction environment, we’d love to hear from you.  

About the Role:  
We have roles available in both our Civil Engineering Teams and our Rail Maintenance teams. As a Site Operative, you’ll be an essential part of our site team, supporting the delivery of high-quality projects. From groundwork preparation to machine operations, you’ll help keep things moving efficiently and safely.  

What You’ll Be Doing:  
• Carrying out groundwork and Civil Engineering or Rail maintenance tasks.
• Supporting machine operations and assisting with plant operations.
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Keeping the site clean, organised, and hazard-free.  

Essential Experience:  
- Proven background in groundworks within construction.
- Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude.

Desirable Qualifications:  
- Valid machine operator tickets.
- Health & Safety awareness training.

Other Requirements:  
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Full driving licence preferred.
