Act as the first point of contact for customers in both service and vehicle/equipment rental departments, handle service bookings, rental reservations, check-ins and check-outs, provide updates to customers on service progress and rental availability, prepare quotes, rental agreements and service documentation accurately, coordinate with the workshop and rental teams to ensure smooth operations, maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
