What you’ll be doing:  As a Senior Client Delivery Administrator you’ll provide exceptional service to our clients based in the Isle of Man.     

You will be responsible for managing a variety of client instructions, ensuring compliance with procedures and processes. You will work closely with colleagues working in our Branch and Telephone Banking Centres to ensure our clients receive an excellent service with every interaction.  

This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to client services.  

In this role you’ll:
- Work as part of a team to manage customer activities from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Support customer-facing colleagues by providing accurate information and assistance to help deliver outstanding customer service
- Produce and review customer correspondence, including letters and account-related communications
- Review accounts and case information to ensure the correct actions have been taken in line with Group policies and guidelines
- Use your judgement to identify when further action may be required to support fair customer outcomes
- Work closely with colleagues and supporting departments, sharing information and insights to enable informed decision-making.
