Role Purpose: To deliver high standards of quality, presentation, and guest experience - This person must be able to demonstrate 12 months or more of barista experience and demonstrate this at interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and flair.
- Support other team members and front of house as and when required.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including stock management, waste reduction, and cleanliness
- Deliver excellent guest service, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
- Support café events
- Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times, including holding a Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate or willingness to obtain it
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a barista, ideally in a café or bistro setting with café and bistro service experience
- Creativity and passion for coffee, presentation, and guest experience
- Ability to work confidently under pressure and manage up to 100 covers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
