We currently have a vacancy for a Scanning and Archiving Administrator.
The ideal candidate will:
- manage the accurate scanning of records into the Laserfiche document management system
- maintain records management databases
- support document retention and destruction programmes
- provide management information through regular reporting
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role, educated to GCSE level standard (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics and experience using document management systems such as Laserfiche.
