In the Client & Product team, we are transforming the way we work but also driving the right client outcomes and growth across our fast-growing Crown Dependencies business.
This role will be focused on supporting the Rectification and Remediation to deliver effective rectification outcomes and process delivery at pace. You will also be carrying out a range of complex and technical product implementation activities. This will include proactive engagement, oversight and effective challenge of our current processes to simplify and deliver at pace rectification issues.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate good data & operational processing, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure rectification administration outputs are delivered to a high level of quality.
- Working to process a number of maintenance tasks aligned to the ongoing demand programme.
- Supporting the wider Client & Product & COO wider team on implementation and rectifying product issues, improvements and driving simplification activity.
- Engaging and liaising with business partners and other stakeholders; ensuring these relationships are positive and constantly improve our connectivity and reputation across the Group & external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines to deliver the best client outcomes and safeguard the business
- Champion our culture, proactively developing yourself and others talent to develop an inclusive organisation.
- Champion and find opportunities that will support / improve the wider objectives set for the business, driving continuous improvement.
