Job Purpose: Provide reception and administrative support to the Older Persons Mental Health Service (OPMHS), helping the clinical team deliver a professional and supportive service to patients, families and visitors.
Duties
- Welcome visitors and provide a friendly and professional reception service.
- Answer phone calls, deal with enquiries and pass messages to the correct team members.
- Record and update client information on the RiO system.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and correspondence.
- Produce standard letters and documents using templates.
- Scan and upload documents to client records.
- Maintain stocks of leaflets, appointment cards and reception materials.
- Support room bookings and general office organisation.
- Follow confidentiality, GDPR and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Work as part of a small administration team and support colleagues when needed.

- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a respectful and professional approach.
- Satisfactory Police Check required.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Service.
- Experience using the RiO Client Information System.
- Isle of Man Worker status.
