Key responsibilities & duties:
- Providing the highest standard of clinical support to our dentists and hygiene therapists.
- Perform top quality dental nursing in all procedures in a safe and effective manner.
- Prepare equipment, materials, lab work and patients with efficiency and empathy.
- Checking stock + preparing orders.
- Carrying out audits.
- Preparing referrals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
- Ad hoc reception duties.
Academic or trade qualifications:
- GDC registered.
- Trainees with minimum 6 months will be considered.
- Excellent organisation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Pearl + Excel desirable but not essential.
Work experience and skills:
- Having an ambitious, positive and enthusiastic attitude with a great patient focus.
- Variety of roles available for nursing staff and extended duties are actively encouraged, lots of patient interaction and opportunity to work in a busy active team.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proactive approach.
- Computer savvy and able to multitask.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality.
