As a Product Marketing Administrator, you'll help ensure IFGL's products and marketing materials remain accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulatory requirements. From maintaining product literature and supporting digital platforms to assisting with training initiatives and sales materials, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of product marketing activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your first step into financial services, build a strong understanding of financial products, develop valuable technical and analytical skills, and collaborate with teams across the business.
The main duties for this role are:
• Maintenance of the product literature suite ensuring timely and accurate updates where required.
• Ensure the update of time-sensitive sales material including quarterly charge updates and time-limited special offers
• Support the development of the customer and adviser facing websites and internal gateway where product information is shown or stored
• Support regulatory updates or changes affecting products and literature
• Provide regular testing of illustration engines where product changes or charge information updates are required or occur
• Support and drive the development of the IFGL product training solution
• Provide support to stakeholders where product queries are received
• Monitor website traffic and prepare analytical reports to identify any required improvements or maintenance of hosted literature
To ensure that this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
• Have an interest in marketing and/or experience in the financial services industry
• Holds a minimum of 5 GCSEs A*-C including Maths and English
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possess strong organisational and planning skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have an excellent level of numeracy
• Be a confident and dedicated self-starter
• Have an excellent eye for detail due to the demands for maintaining product literature
