We have an opportunity for a Processing Administrator to join our Cash Operations Teams on a permanent basis here in the Isle of Man.

Job Purpose
To carry out a vast range of administration related banking tasks some of which are detailed below. To ensure a quality service is provided to clients through accurate and efficient processing of client transactions and instructions.
Responsibilities & Duties
- All types of data input, validation, verification, authorisation either system wise or on paper for all instructions.
- Fixed Term Deposit entries, renewals, term changes, rate changes, cancellations and breakages.
- Managing Direct Debits mandates.
- Managing Standing Order mandates.
- Managing daily Agency Clearing, including BACS Credits, Image Clearing, Direct Debits and Bank Giro Credits.
- Processing of GBP cheque deposits.
- Monitoring and issuing client cheque books.
- Stop cheque request management.
- Standing Order processing and payments.
- Production of Status Enquiries.
- Production of Account Audits.
- Email mailbox triage.
- Processing of internal account transfers.
- Processing of foreign exchange instructions.
- Sanction false positive discounting.
- Bank account reconciliations.
Skills and Experience

- Apply sound business judgment to identify and escalate any unusual or suspicious activities to the MLRO as required.
- Demonstrate an organised approach to the job ensuring that processing tasks are completed accurately and prioritised around cut off times following bank procedures.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and flexibility in order to cope with the ever-changing demands of the job.
- Work efficiently within a team and co-operate with other team members.
- Demonstrate an ability to collaborate and work with Relationship Managers and other departments such as client services, operations, risk and compliance to resolve problems effectively.
- Ensure that queries received from clients are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner keeping in regular communication with clients/relationship managers and updating them with regard to latest developments and progress towards the resolution of queries.
- Keep up to date with procedure changes.
- Make capable and effective decisions to ensure that a quality service is given at all times, escalate problems within agreed timescales, whilst also adhering to the Bank’s audit requirements.
