Trainee Personal Insurance Broker

We have exciting opportunities for Brokers within our Personal Lines Team in Isle of Man.
The role will include the following:
Responsibilities
● To effectively and efficiently provide professional customer service and advice to clients at all times, both face-to-face and via telephone/email.
● To provide quotations and make policy adjustments on a daily basis.
● To process all relevant documentation received in an efficient manner maintaining the highest level of client administration.
● To develop working relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction.
● To work towards achieving departmental targets.
● To promote the Rossborough Brand and cross-sell additional applications and services to clients.
● To ensure that all activities comply with regulatory and market standards and to understand and adopt relevant Company Policies and Procedures to ensure suitable records are held and maintained to our audit standards.

● To be confident
● To have effective communication skills including excellent telephone skills
● To have the ability to construct good written communication (letters & emails)
● To demonstrate close attention to detail/accuracy
● To show excellent customer service (ability to liaise well with clients and colleagues).
● To have the ability to work under pressure at times, without supervision
● To be a team player – demonstrates an ability to work together and be supportive of colleagues.
● To want to study further - a chance to study towards the Certificate in Insurance.
● To able to use Microsoft packages including Teams, Word and Outlook

Qualifications
We require you to have GCSEs and A-levels or equivalent.
