We are recruiting a Periodic File Reviewer to join our team on a 9 month fixed term contract (contingency to be extended by 3 months). who are looking to gain hands on experience within the financial services sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to build practical compliance experience and strengthen your CV, even if the role does not convert into a permanent position.
The Role
As a Periodic File Reviewer, you will support the business by reviewing client files to ensure they meet regulatory and internal AML requirements. Full training will be provided, making this a great learning opportunity for those at the start of their careers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Reviewing customer files in line with AML and regulatory standards
• Identifying and escalating missing or outdated documentation
• Updating records accurately and maintaining audit trails
• Working to defined deadlines and quality standards
• Supporting the wider compliance and operations teams as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Is able to commit to the full 9 month contract
• Has a strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Is comfortable working with documentation and systems
• Has basic awareness or interest in AML, compliance or financial services
• Is keen to learn and build experience in a regulated environment
This role is particularly suitable for:
• Graduates seeking their first role in finance or compliance
• A Level students finishing education and looking for professional experience
• Career changers with a foundational understanding of AML
Eligibility
Applicants must be classed as a Manx Worker to be eligible for this role.
