Known for its huge range of fashion, footwear, workwear, school uniforms, TT & Manx merchandise, and accessories, it’s a busy, character-filled shop locals have trusted for years.
About the Role: We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Sales Advisor to join our small team. This is a permanent, hands-on role in a lively, fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career, not just pick up hours — especially if you have some previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service. We’ll provide full training, but we’re looking for someone with a mature approach, keen to develop and take on more responsibility over time.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Help customers find what they need, offering friendly advice and great service
✅ Operate the till, handle payments, and assist with end-of-day cashing up
✅ Restock shelves, price new stock, and manage incoming deliveries
✅ Process customer orders and arrange collections
✅ Assist with window displays and keeping the shop looking its best
✅ Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming store
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Age 18+ (due to responsibilities)
✔ Some experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or similar preferred
✔ Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
✔ Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the business
