Optical Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join our premium independent practice in Douglas.  

We are not a volume-driven environment — we specialise in delivering exceptional eyewear and an outstanding client experience to a discerning clientele.  

The Role: You will be responsible for delivering a high-end dispensing experience, guiding clients through frame and lens selection, and ensuring every patient leaves with eyewear that is both visually and technically perfect.  

Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an Optical Assistant in an opticians.
- Confident dispensing of single vision and varifocal lenses.
- Strong understanding of frame styling and facial aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
