As an Office Junior, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office team.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Filing and document management: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring efficient document storage and retrieval
Data entry and administrative tasks: Inputting data, creating spreadsheets, and assisting with various administrative duties as needed.
Reception and customer service: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Supply management: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Event and meeting support: Assisting with the coordination and setup of meetings, events, and other office-related activities.
General office support: Performing a variety of other tasks to support the overall efficiency and productivity of the office.
