We are a friendly, family-run business looking for a reliable and approachable Office Administrator to join our small team on a part-time basis.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you will play an important part in the smooth day-to-day running of the office, with responsibilities covering customer calls, order taking, and accounts administration. The role can be worked around school hours, making it ideal for someone looking for flexibility.

The role involves
- answering incoming customer calls and emails
- taking orders accurately
- providing helpful information on products and deliveries

Building good relationships with customers and delivering a personal, professional level of service is very important to us, as many of our customers deal with us regularly.

You will also be responsible for
- processing orders on our system
- keeping customer records up to date
- supporting general office administration
- accounts-related duties such as raising invoices, processing supplier invoices and assisting with credit control

You should be confident speaking to customers on the phone, comfortable using computer systems, and have a good level of accuracy and attention to detail. A friendly manner, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently are essential, along with discretion when handling financial information. System training will be given.
