Brookfield Residential & Nursing Home are looking for a kitchen assistant to assist the chef in their busy kitchen.
Duties to include:
- dishwashing pots and pans
- cleaning and sanitizing all work surfaces, food prep areas and storage rooms
- ensure the cleaning of all machinery, ovens are kept to strict hygiene standards
Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training can be given to the right candidate.
A DBS is required for this post.
