Abacus Trust Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trust & Company Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in fiduciary services, with exposure to client administration, statutory filings, compliance processes and general corporate support.
Duties will include:
• Assisting with the administration of trusts and companies, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Preparing routine correspondence, minutes, resolutions and statutory documents.
• Supporting client due diligence and compliance reviews in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining electronic and paper records and support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to communication. Ideally educated to A-level and / or Degree level, with previous office or financial services experience. Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn, work collaboratively and study towards a relevant professional qualification would be an advantage.
