We are expanding and need Traders to join our fast-paced, high-performing trading teams.
Joining as a Junior Trader, you will be given bespoke training and support throughout your six-month probationary period. Upon passing probation you will become a Trader where various progression paths will be open to you.
Located in central Douglas, we operate 24/7, 365 days a year making Newfield a unique place to work!
Key Responsibilities:
Trade execution.
Communicating critical information.
Accounting and reconciliation.
Data reporting.
Role Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong mental arithmetic.
Availability to work shift patterns including nights and weekends.
The ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum 5 GCSEs with Grades between A-C including Maths.
Desirable:
Experience working in a fast-paced, time–critical environment.
A-Level Qualifications or equivalent with study of technical/numerical subjects preferred.
Deductive reasoning, pattern recognition. Gaming/computer skills.
