We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities include:
Performing day to day administrative and project tasks,
photocopying, scanning and filing documents.
Adhoc duties, including running errands and assisting colleagues wherever necessary.
Requires computer literacy, confidence with all Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to prioritise a changing to-do list.
Previous administrative experience within a Financial services company is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polite telephone manner.
Strong numerical skills.
Flexibility to perform new tasks as the administrative role changes.
