Insurance Broker

Job Summary: As an Insurance Broker with Kestrel Insurance, you will be an integral part of the Personal Lines Team, responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on a range of products whilst converting excellent service and support into sales.

Working within a team environment you will act as a point of contact for routine enquiries, including processing and issuing policy documentation (including invoices, summaries, certificates etc.). You will also undertake more complex aspects such as responding to queries relating to claims, the annual insurance cycle including renewals, alterations and cross selling other insurance products.

- Contributing to the ongoing development of our Personal lines insurance offerings.
- Collaborating with our Accounts Department on credit control matters.
- Strong data input and letter writing skills using Microsoft Word & Excel and the ability to navigate successfully on bespoke IT platforms.

Experience: 1-3 years in the insurance industry is ideal, but we're open to candidates with relevant skills and a passion for learning.

Location: At one of the 4 branches, - Peel, Douglas, Onchan, Ramsey.

Skills:
- Strong administrative and customer service experience.
- Experience within the Insurance Industry with particular reference to Personal lines insurance.
- The ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of products in order to deliver personal sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and administration skills.
- Ability to organise workflow, prioritising tasks as required, with minimum supervision.
