Housekeeping Supervisor

•Responsibilities•
1. Oversee housekeeping staff during shifts to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
2. Create staff work schedules and arrange for replacements to cover absences.
3. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for potential promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
4. Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards.
5. Ensure that all cleaning is performed to the required standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
6. Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
