Head of Clinic Administration

Align 4 Life is a state-of-the-art family chiropractic, spine and posture clinic, dedicated to helping people of all ages improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and personable Head of Clinic Administration to play a key role in our growing team. This is a varied and fast-paced position for someone who enjoys working with people and is confident taking responsibility for leading the administrative operation while supporting front-of-house and the wider clinic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day administration and organisation of the clinic
- Coordinate and support the administrative team
- Manage patient appointments, diaries, enquiries and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation
- Support management, HR, onboarding and general office administration
- Help manage supplies, equipment and office organisation
- Welcome patients and visitors and provide an exceptional experience
- Answer calls and emails professionally
- Support the wider clinic team and help improve operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism

We Are Looking For
- Someone who is reliable, energetic, highly organised and people-focused, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous administration experience is essential, with team leadership or supervisory experience advantageous.
- Confidence with computers and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is required.
- Experience in corporate, hospitality or customer focused environments is beneficial.
