To join our busy team on a wide range of interesting construction projects.
The role will involve:
- the preparation of early cost estimates
- development of cost plans
- bills of quantity measurement using digital measurement systems
- undertaking periodic site visits
- validation of contractors monthly payment applications, cost control and forecasting.
Applicants should have a sound knowledge of JCT and NEC suites of contracts and hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent construction related qualifications.
