We’re looking for people who want a long-term career in the equine industry.
Roles available: Either 1 full-time + 1 part-time OR up to 3 part-time positions. The full-time role is 5 days per week plus alternate Saturday mornings. Part-time is 4 mornings or 4 afternoons. Start time for mornings is 7.30am.
What You’ll Do:
- Daily yard work: mucking out, feeding, haying, watering, sweeping
- Turning horses in/out and general stable care
- Grooming, tack cleaning, and routine horse care
- Riding, hacking, schooling and groundwork for those with suitable experience — not essential for all roles
- Assisting during farrier, vet, dentist and physio visits
- Keeping the yard clean, tidy and safe
What You Need:
- Confident handling horses
- Riding experience is welcome, but only required for certain positions
- Reliable, hard-working and committed to a long-term equine career
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Full driving licence and own transport (essential due to location and early starts)
- Able to work some weekends
