Garden Centre Shop Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and hard-working individual to join our small team in the Garden Centre shop.  

Role Responsibilities:  
- Operating the till  
- Assisting customers  
- Restocking shelves  
- Other general shop duties as required  

Previous retail experience is essential. Basic gardening or plant knowledge would be an advantage, though this is not essential.

Hours & Availability:
- 25 hours per week
- 10am – 3pm, Monday to Friday
- Additional hours will be available during busy periods
- Shifts and hours can be flexible for the right candidate
- Must be available to work bank holidays and be flexible for occasional holiday/sick cover, which may include a weekend shift

The Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous retail or customer service experience
- Is friendly and reliable
- Is happy to work as part of a small team
