We are looking for a reliable, personable, and motivated individual to join our Front of House team. What we offer: Predominantly daytime shifts including weekends, occasional evening work for private events, pop-ups, and exclusive wine maker dinners, a positive and professional working environment, opportunities to learn and develop new skills (including coffee training and wine knowledge).
About the role: As a Front of House team member, you will be the face of our business—welcoming customers, providing attentive service, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Key responsibilities include: delivering outstanding customer service at all times, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing tables efficiently, preparing and serving coffee (training can be provided), maintaining a clean and organised workspace, working collaboratively with the wider team, supporting during events and busy service periods.
What we’re looking for: must be 18+, have previous experience in a similar role, be friendly, approachable, and confident with customers, a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude, reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic, a true team player. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and genuinely enjoys creating a great experience for customers.
