About the Role

We're looking for two friendly, reliable Food & Beverage Assistants to join our evening team at The Chesterhouse Hotel. You'll help deliver a warm, professional service to our guests across the restaurant, lounge, and bar, and via room service, playing a key part in making every evening visit memorable.

What You'll Be Doing

● Greeting guests warmly and providing attentive table, bar, and room service
● Serving food and beverages efficiently, and confidently recommending items from our menus
● Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly and in line with licensing law
● Taking and managing restaurant and lounge reservations
● Preparing bills accurately and processing payments
● Setting up and resetting the restaurant, lounge, and bar for service
● Keeping the bar stocked, and glassware and equipment clean and well presented
● Following food hygiene, health and safety, and cleaning procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
● A friendly, positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with people
● Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit evening team
● Able to work evening shifts, including weekends
● Previous food and beverage or bar experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided
● Must be 18 or over to serve alcohol, in line with licensing requirements
● Right to work in the UK

Hours and Pay

Part-time, evening shifts (exact days and hours to be confirmed at interview). Rate of pay to be confirmed at interview.
