Finance Officer – Castletown Town Commissioners

The role  
• Manage budgets, reporting, and financial systems
• Oversee cash flow, payroll, and accounts
• Ensure compliance, audits, and strong governance
• Provide clear financial insight to support decisions

About you
• Finance qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or similar)
• Strong experience in budgeting and reporting
• Confident with Sage and Excel
• Clear communicator with great attention to detail
