We’re looking for an experienced, confident Front of House team member to join our busy café in Douglas.

What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and serving our award-winning coffee
- Working front of house at Gourmet Shakes
- Taking orders and delivering great customer service
- Running food and clearing tables
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Assisting with Manx Moos ice cream (including labelling tubs)
- Supporting light ice cream production when required
About the role:
This is a varied, hands-on position – no two days are the same. You’ll need to be comfortable switching between tasks and keeping standards high at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy front of house role
- Barista experience is essential
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, reliable, and confident with customers
