Job Purpose: To support the planning, delivery and evaluation of experience and involvement activity across Manx Care, working closely with the Care, Quality and Safety Team to ensure service users, carers and families are listened to and involved in shaping services.  

Duties  
- Support the Experience and Involvement Team and MCALS with telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries, including signposting and community hub support.
- Attend engagement events to promote MCALS, Friends and Family surveys and other feedback methods.
- Monitor, record and analyse experience and involvement data, including survey inputting, scanning and reporting.
- Arrange and support Quality and Safety Walks across clinical and non-clinical areas, ensuring action plans are completed and shared on time.
- Enter comments and compliments onto Datix and support data reporting for team and public use.
- Deliver Experience and Involvement presentations as part of HCA induction training.
- Support listening events, public representative forums and Experts by Experience groups, including administration and coordination.
- Promote Care, Quality and Safety priorities across Manx Care and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Essential Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
- Good understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and information governance.
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and manage competing demands.
- Compassionate, resilient approach when dealing with sensitive issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to CARE values and delivering a high-quality service.

Desirable Skills
- 5 GCSEs including English Language or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service, health, social care or ward-based environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including data reporting.
- Isle of Man worker status.
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
