Botanical Operations Ltd are looking to appoint full-time and seasonal estate workers to join the existing team that is responsible for developing and maintaining a private estate in Santon.
The estate has been developing over the past 14 years and now includes land that will be developed to encourage wildlife and environmental improvements through a program of planting and land management.
The positions will suit both experienced people who want to use their existing skills and knowledge and inexperienced people who are enthusiastic and keen to learn more about countryside management working outdoors.
Working as a team member you will be involved in garden maintenance, extensive tree planting, construction and maintenance of tracks, paths and structures. The role needs people who have determination, an interest in nature and ambition to achieve targets.
