Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with drainage and groundwork installations
• Help with digging, trenching, and site preparation
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Keep the work area tidy and safe
• Support tradesmen and machine operators as needed
• Follow health and safety procedures on site
Requirements:
• No previous experience needed, full training provided
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Full Driver’s licence (Essential)
