We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified Full-Time Dispenser/Trainee Dispenser to work in our Braddan branch for approximately 9–12 months, covering a period of maternity leave.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, between 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required from time to time, and applicants must be fully flexible to work according to the rota.
Duties Can Include
- Sales of over-the-counter medicines
- Providing customers with information on symptoms and products
- Prescription receipt and collection
- Date checking
- Ordering, receiving and storing pharmaceutical stock
Essential Criteria
- Hold the NPA Accredited Assistants Course or an equivalent NVQ Level II in Pharmacy Services
- Previous relevant dispensary experience
- Flexible to work according to the rota
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work accurately with good attention to detail
- Prepared to complete further training within the pharmacy
