A wonderful opportunity has become available for a Dental Receptionist to join our team at Grove Mount Dental.
We are a well-established practice located in Ramsey, Isle of Man, close to the marina. The Island offers a relaxed way of life with a very friendly community. We call our practice a “family dental health centre”, as we want patients of all ages to enjoy lasting dental health.
Working hours: Thursday: 8:15am–5:15pm & Friday: 8:15am–4:00pm
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Assisting patients in discussing their needs and the treatment options available
- Carrying out reception duties and helping to ensure the smooth running of the practice
- Undertaking banking duties, including cashing up
- Scheduling and managing the clinical diary
- Completing new patient registrations
- Ensuring the reception and entrance area creates a welcoming environment for patients
