An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative at Graylaw International. The CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, complete administration tasks, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential customers to generate leads and sales by having meaningful conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
They will also provide proposals and quotes to customers, collaborate with team members and clients to continuously improve the customer experience and represent our values and brand identity in all customer interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a full clean driving licence are required.
