We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to:
- Process orders
- Advise customers in canine & feline nutrition via telephone and e-mail
- Liaise with parcel carriers to ensure efficient delivery
- Contact current and potential stockists
- Deliver orders to local customers in our small electric van (ideal, not required - currently half a day per week)
- Attend occasional shows to exhibit our products as and when required

Computer skills, spreadsheets, social media platforms, numeracy and literacy should all be second nature to you. You will need to work well under pressure, dealing with challenging customers at times, so a calm manner is required to avoid being anxious about any pressurised situations that may arise from time to time. We are specifically looking for enthusiastic self-motivated team-players with initiative and a fantastic work ethic. With an impeccable telephone manner and passion for pets, your advice will help puppies thrive on our sublime food resulting in glowing customer reviews. The computer systems we use are Zendesk, Magento and Mintsoft so if you have prior experience with any of those then that would help. If you happen to have marketing, sales or IT skills you may also be able to help further in other areas as we grow.

Part-time hours

8:30am - 3pm working hours Monday, Wednesday & Friday with 30 mins unpaid lunch (evenings, weekends & shows optional).

This role is primarily located at our Head Office in Douglas, Isle of Man. There is a relocation incentive of up to £4,400 available, terms apply.
