Cook / Kitchen Assistant

Work alongside the head chef and other team members to deliver outstanding service in a fast- paced environment.  

Able to work unsupervised. Knowledge of standard food preparation and storage techniques essential. As a kitchen assistant, you would do basic food preparation, make sure that the chef has everything he/she need and be responsible for cleaning the kitchen. You would follow strict hygiene, health and safety rules.
