Döhle Yachts is a leading team in Superyacht management and is part of the Döhle Group, which is a family-owned commercial shipping Group headquartered from Hamburg, Germany. We are currently recruiting an Administrator to join our Contracts team in the Isle of Man.
Job Purpose
The Contracts Administrator will provide reliable administrative support under the guidance of the Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing company proposals and tracking their progress
• Maintaining and updating proposal templates
• Setting up and maintaining client data and folder structures within Teams and company CRM
• Carrying out due diligence checks on potential clients
• Running daily checks on our KYC platforms
• Monitoring sanctions updates and cross check against internal databases
• Preparing client agreements using standardised templates
• Ensuring client, contract and proposal data in the company CRM and tracking spreadsheets is always kept up to date
• Collating the department’s data for KPIs
• Client correspondence, both written and oral
• Preparing yacht team organisms
• Preparing onboarding timelines
• Day-to-day office administration
Knowledge & Experience
Essential
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Discretion and reliability
• Organised and methodical approach to administrative duties
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Desirable
• Previous experience in a similar role

• A can-do attitude with the ability to use initiative
• Personable with the understanding of the importance of confidentiality due to the nature of the business
