The role includes providing care and support to people living in their own homes. Work locations cover Douglas, Onchan and surrounding local areas only.
Agreed hours of work will fall between 8am and 8pm, with one day off every weekend. All hours will be by arrangement. Excellent rates of pay.
The successful candidates will work as part of a small, friendly team, while also being confident in making independent decisions when on duty.
Duties include:
- Administering and overseeing medication
- Providing personal care
- Supporting clients with eating and drinking
- Monitoring clients’ overall wellbeing
- Assisting clients to appointments
- Occasional light domestic duties and shopping
- Applicants must demonstrate empathy, compassion, and reliability, with a good standard of report writing.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a care role is essential
- A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential
