The Marine Hotel in Peel is on the lookout for a Chef to join our bustling, no-nonsense kitchen team! We’re a long-established, family-run pub that’s been part of the Peel community for decades — serving up proper pub grub, generous portions, and good old-fashioned hospitality.  

About Us: We’re not fancy, we’re not fussy — we’re traditional. Think comforting classics, a pint at the bar, and a warm welcome every time. Our dining room is a local favourite, known for hearty meals at sensible prices, plus a board of specials. It’s the kind of place where locals and visitors alike feel at home.  

About the Role: We need a chef who can keep up with a busy kitchen, delivering quality food quickly and efficiently. You’ll help run the regular menu and whip up tasty specials that keep customers coming back for more. Weekend shifts are part of the role, so we’re looking for someone happy to roll up their sleeves when it’s busy!  

We’re after someone who’s:

✅ Passionate about simple, well-cooked food

What You’ll Be Doing:  
- Cooking and preparing menu dishes to a consistent standard
- Helping to design and deliver daily specials
- Working alongside a small, supportive team
- Keeping the kitchen running smoothly and safely
- Covering regular weekend shifts as part of the rota
