We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen at the Palace Hotel and Casino and also potentially covering the Sefton Hotel.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a kitchen, a high level of attention to detail and be able to lead by example.
The Hotels can cater for large functions, a bar menu, a restaurant menu and outside catering.
